Village news for Kilsby (March 19)
NEIGHBOURHOOD WATCH
Around the Daventry district milk money has been stolen, generally on a Friday when the week's payment has been left out for collection. Those who have milk delivered are asked to be aware of this problem.

COFFEE MORNING

Held for church funds at Nancy Golding's home raised £80.50.

LIVELY LUNCH
Tickets are now being sold by Joan Bates and Barbara Marlow for a lively lunch which will be held in the village hall on Wednesday, April 15.
Homemade soup, bread and puddings, together with light entertainment, are on offer at £5 per head.

WOMEN'S INSTITUTE
The speaker at the March meeting, Steve Frost, fascinated his audience with a talk and demonstration of Native American flutes.
Arrangements were made for a visit to see Little Women at Rugby Theatre and for a team to enter the county quiz.

MOTHERING SUNDAY FLOWERS
WI members will be opposite the post office on Saturday selling flower baskets for Mothering Sunday. These baskets have proved to be very popular and are very reasonably priced.
