Members of Wellesbourne Action Group are inviting people to join them on a commemorative walk.
The five-mile route will take participants from Barford to Wellesbourne, to mark the 90th anniversary of the death of Barford man Joseph Arch - an MP and Methodist preacher, who also founded the Agricultural Workers' Union in the late 1800s.

The walk will start at Joseph Arch's Cottage in Church Street, Barford, on February 12 at 10.30am. People can also join the walk at Charlecote church at 11.30am.

Food will be available at the Stags Head pub in Chestnut Square, Wellesbourne, where the walk will end.

Anyone wishing to take part should call 841147, 840713 or 07903 208867 or email wellesbournewag@hotmail.co.uk
