Work by the Surrealists and the artists they inspired is now on display at Compton Verney art gallery and country house.
The exhibition includes pieces by Surrealists such as Magritte, Dalí and Brassaï as well as the work of contemporary artists Francis Alÿs, Douglas Gordon, Mona Hatoum and Sarah Lucas.

'Wandering the City' and 'Psychic Interiors' are the show's themes, looking at the spaces we move through and occupy and exploring the Surrealist preoccupation with blurring the boundaries between our conscious and subconscious.
