Whitnash residents needing blood tests are faced with a "horrendous" journey after services were removed from Brunswick Healthy Living Centre.
The site in Shrubland Street previously offered a service for residents whose GPs do not provide blood tests.
But the services were removed from the centre last month after Warwickshire Primary Care Trust decided to transfer all patients to Warwick Hospital.

He said: "I think it's disgusting. I am diabetic and I have to have regular blood checks and travel to Warwick Hospital.
"In a way I am having to pay for my blood tests as, if I take my car, I have to pay to park and I need to wait so don't know how long I am going to be.
"If I get the bus it is free because I have a free bus pass but it would take a whole morning to have a blood test. Before, I could just park outside the centre and go in for my test after about five minutes. They want to bring the health service closer to the customers then they move them miles away."
A health manager was quoted in the Courier as saying the changes would be 'great news' for patients.
But town councillor Kitty Crutchley believes the move has caused extra worry for people who find it difficult to travel.
She said: "You have to leave here at least an hour and a half before your appointment to make sure you get there on time. You have to get the 66 from Whitnash to Leamington then cross over and wait for the X17 by the parish church, which is every 15 minutes. Then you have to wait and do the journey home again."
The 75-year-old said the change would make it difficult for people using public transport.
"There are a lot of elderly people in Whitnash and it's the elderly people who need the blood tests. I think they should bring something back to the town."
In July, Whitnash Town Council was visited by Jane Freer from Warwickshire Primary Care Trust who listened to councillors' concerns about the change.
Despite rumours that the service is returning to Shrubland Street, a spokesman for the trust explained there are no plans yet.
She said: "Since July, the phlebotomy services at the Brunswick Healthy Living Centre and Cape Road Clinic in Warwick have been provided at Warwick Hospital.
"Warwickshire Primary Care Trust had experienced difficulties in recruiting staff to posts at the two clinics, and therefore a reliable service for patients could not be maintained.
"The move to Warwick Hospital has been taken as an interim measure and in the immediate future there are no plans to return the service to the Brunswick Healthy Living Centre or Cape Road Clinic."
