MTV Crashes Coventry arrives at the Ricoh Arena on Friday May 27 and Saturday May 28 with a series of stand-out music artists to get the UK's music festival season underway.

Over two days fans can hear a variety of chart-topping hits and dance anthems live, and you could be there courtesy of the Courier and Weekly News with ten pairs of tickets for day one on Friday, May 27 up for grabs.

Day one will see the latest hits from platinum-selling duo Chase & Status, Tom Odell will be playing fresh material from his new album, while Ricky Wilson’s Kaiser Chiefs will be rocking the Ricoh Arena with some of their indie rock sounds. The opening day is completed with chart-smashing UK producer Sigala, who recently had a number one with Sweet Lovin’, and X Factor’s Fleur East whose single Sax stayed in the top 10 for seven weeks.

On day two there will be a range of DJ dance anthems. This includes New York duo The Chainsmokers who burst onto the scene in 2014 with their debut song “#SELFIE”, who will be sharing a stage with legendary BBC Radio 1 DJ Pete Tong, Basement Jaxx and award-winning DJ Wilkinson who will be playing some fresh tunes from his new album.

This is the first time MTV Crashes have hosted the music festival in an arena – allowing for an amazing production set up, restaurants, bars and even proper toilets. It promises to be a spectacle not to be missed.

On Friday, May 27 under 16s are to be accompanied by an adult, while Saturday, May 28 is for over 16s only. Doors open at 4pm on both days.
