Connells in Leamington celebrates two awards

The Leamington office fought off tough competition from nine other branches in the region to win the sought-after title ‘Branch of the Month’. And branch partner Christine Levon was recognised for her outstanding commitment and contribution towards the training and professional development for the Warwickshire area.

Leamington Connells has been recognised for both awards because of its outstanding levels of customer service to local homebuyers, sellers, landlords and tenants, as well as its contribution to its national network of offices across the UK.

Christine’s personal accolade, for the way she has developed and up-skilled the Connells team in recent months, is both great news for local customers and testimony to her experience and expertise at the head of the branch.

Christine said: “On behalf of the entire team I am absolutely thrilled by these recent awards. It’s a great boost to be recognised by our peers, but most importantly I think they will give local customers the extra reassurance that they are dealing with an experienced, award-winning team.

“We are exceptionally busy in the run up to Christmas, especially now as people try and secure a sale before the holiday season. I would urge anyone who has been thinking of selling not to delay until the New Year. Demand from buyers is still outweighing supply and, although it might be too ambitious to think you could be moved by Christmas, you could certainly have secured a buyer in the next few weeks.”
