Ali prepared her gruelling three peaks challenge

Ali Gray, Fundraising Manager at South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust is taking on her biggest personal challenge to date in aid of the Stratford Cancer & Eye Hospital Appeal.

The challenge, which takes place on the Friday June 19, involves climbing the highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales within 24 hours.

Ali will climb Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon all after one another, walking a total distance of 27 miles and with a total ascent of 9,800 feet.

She is aiming to raise £2,400 towards to the £1 million appeal, £100 for every hour that she spends climbing the mountains.

The fundraising appeal is supporting the new hospital in Stratford, which will house a cancer unit and a state of the art eye treatment centre.
