Clothing store USC in Leamington to close
Clothing store USC is closing its branch at the Royal Priors shopping centre in Leamington today (Wednesday).
The branch which stocks fashion brands for men and women including Firetrap, Levi’s and Converse has been holding a closing down sale for more than a week.
What will replace the store at the large, soon-to-be vacant, retail unit has not yet bene confirmed but Royal Priors manager Gerry McManus has said several retailers have shown and interest in moving in to the centre and he could announce something very soon.
In January 2015 USC, which is owned by Newcastle United and Sports Direct owner Mike Ashley, was preparing to close its worst performing stores nationwide in order to ‘slim down’ the business.
