Police are searching for a convicted murderer released from prison, after he breached his licence conditions

David James Mills, aged 52 and originally from Leamington, was convicted of murder in 1979. After serving several years in prison, he was released on licence to be supervised for life.

He was recently released to an address in Nuneaton, but breached his bail conditions on August 3 after failing to return to that address. He was subsequently recalled to prison but has not been seen since.

Mills was born in Leamington and is known to frequent Birmingham and Coventry. Anyone who sees him is urged not to approach him but to contact police on 101.
