Police thank public for help after missing Leamington teenager is found safe

Members of the public are being thanked for their help in sharing an appeal to help find a missing teenager from Leamington.

Earlier this week Warwickshire Police issued the appeal to help find 16-year-old Shannon Connelly.

On Thursday afternoon (December 3) police announced that she had been found safe.

A spokesperson from Warwickshire Police said: "We're pleased to confirm 16-year-old Shannon Connelly has now been found safe.

"Thank you everyone who shared our previous appeal."
