Two man charged following attack in Leamington park which left victim with serious face injury

Two men from Leamington have been charged with threatening and assaulting a man in a park on the evening of Friday, September 18.

Andrew Mark Clarke, 38, and Luke Kybird, 26, were both arrested following the alleged assault in Newbold Comyn Park in Leamington at around 7pm.

The victim, a man in his twenties, suffered a serious face injury.

Clarke, of Ford House, and Kybird, of Lambourn Crescent, were charged with assault and threatening a witness, and will appear at Coventry Magistrates’ Court today - Tuesday, September 22.
