A new defibrillator has been unveiled outside a Kenilworth medical centre after a grant from Kenilworth Town Council made its installation possible.
Simon LaBarbera has not had his disability benefit since December 2017. He missed an assessment in November when the benefit changed from Disability Living Allowance to Personal Independence Payment, and has not been reassessed since.
