Hundreds of houses set to be built near Leamington Station
A C Lloyd’s project at Station Approach will cost £32 million to build and will provide brand new homes on the under used brownfield site, excluding the area occupied by Stagecoach.
The estate will comprise over 50 homes for outright sale, 75 Shared Ownership homes and 85 affordable/rented homes, and represent a significant development of much-needed new homes for the area.

The project has also received direct financial assistance from the Government through Homes and Communities Agency grant funding of £4.65 million.
Anthony Riley, of Waterloo Housing, said: “We are very pleased to get on site to start building. We believe the 160 new affordable rented and shared ownership homes being built as part of this development will help meet the definite shortage of good quality, secure, affordable homes in the town.
“We want to record our thanks to Stagecoach and AC Lloyd for their work on putting the project together and, last but not least, the on-going support of the District Council in helping to assemble the site and develop out the new homes which will improve the appearance and character of this part of town”.
