The following have appeared before Stratford magistrates:

Danny Lee Anderson, 30, of Tachbrook Road, Leamington, was given 18 months of supervision and ordered to attend drug treatment for theft from a vehicle and failing to surrender.

Stephanie Jane Lambdon, 19, of Deppers Bridge Bridge, Southam, was banned from driving for 12 months, fined 220 and ordered to pay 80 costs for drink driving.

Eamon Joseph Mooney, 66, of The Gardens, Kenilworth, was banned from driving for 12 months, fined 160 and ordered to pay 80 costs for drink driving.

Sam Jaeger, 22, of Linley Road, Southam, was banned from driving for 17 months, fined 150 and ordered to pay 80 costs for drink driving.

Simon Douglas O'Brien, 29, of Coppice Road, Whitnash, was banned from driving for six months, fined 525 and ordered to pay 80 costs for driving without insurance and failing to produce insurance documentation.

Lee Devereux, 31, of The Crest, Leamington, was given 80 hours of unpaid work for two counts of shoplifting and breaking a conditional discharge.

Martyn Gibson, 42, of Hurdles Lane, Snitterfield, was fined 65 and ordered to pay 35 costs for possession of cocaine.

Paul Stuart William Gardner, 54, of Clinton Lane, Kenilworth, was banned from driving for three years, fined 350 and ordered to pay 85 costs for failing to provide a specimen.

Vitor Manuel Mendes, 36, of Hampton Road, Warwick, was banned from driving for a year, fined 100 and ordered to pay 15 costs for drink driving.

William John Kenny, 49, of Culworth Close, Leamington, was jailed for 12 weeks for assault, assaulting a policeman and breaking a conditional discharge.

Richard William Roberts, 40, of High Street, Warwick, was given 80 hours of unpaid work and ordered to pay 150 compensation and 300 costs for assault.

Anthony Raymond Ciampa, 35, of Camberwell Terrace, Leamington, was ordered to attend drug treatment for shoplifting.

Damien Gigg, 26, of Albion Street, Kenilworth, was jailed for 12 weeks, banned from driving for 20 months, fined 150 and ordered to pay 300 costs for drink driving and failing to comply with a suspended sentence.

Peter Henry, 20, of Forfield House, Leamington, was given 12 months of supervision for shoplifting and failing to comply with a community order.

Martin Sweet, 38, of Briar Close, Leamington, was jailed for 12 weeks for assault, cultivating cannabis plants and failing to comply with a community order.

Jamal Tate, 19, of Regent Grove, Leamington, was given an extra 14 hours of unpaid work for failing to comply with a community order.

Przemyslaw Dziurzynski, 24, of St Brides Close, Leamington, was fined 250 and ordered to pay 95 costs for using a vehicle without insurance and fraudulent use of a vehicle licence.

Sabine Zamuele, 25, of Barton Crescent, Leamington, was banned from driving for 16 months, fined 200 and ordered to pay 85 costs for drink driving.Kamaljit Bhopal, 38, of Heathcote Road, Whitnash, was banned from driving for six months, fined 350 and ordered to pay 90 costs for driving without insurance and without a licence.

Phillip Powell, 35, of Rushmore Street, was made subject of a curfew order for breaching a community order.

Craig William Johnstone, 23, of Bostock Crescent, Weston-under-Wetherley, was given a 12-month conditional discharge for assault.

Neal John Francis, 42, of New Street, Leamington, was banned from driving for, fined 375 and ordered to pay 365 costs for failing to provide a specimen.

The following have appeared before youth courts. They cannot be named.

A 14-year-old boy living near Warwick was given seven months of supervision and ordered to pay 500 compensation and 75 costs for arson and criminal damage.

A 16-year-old boy living near Warwick was given three months of supervision for theft and criminal damage.

A 16-year-old Kenilworth girl was given nine months of supervision, ordered to pay 2,500 compensation and 75 costs and banned from driving for a year for joy riding, driving without a licence and driving without insurance.

A 17-year-old Lillington boy was given five months of supervision and ordered to pay 100 compensation for assault.
