Show off your gardening skills in the town’s biggest green-fingered competition as Kenilworth in Bloom gets set to launch for another year.

Last year proved the most successful to date with over 60 entries to all categories.

Open to all residents, the categories range from private and shared gardens of all sizes, and from all entrants including pubs and churches.

Bob Watson, chairman of the committee said: “Although it is a competition, we try not to take it too seriously, the emphasis is on fun and sharing a passion rather than points.”

All entrants invited to the awards evening in September.

Entries by the end of June with judging in early July.

Apply here or collect a from the library or Shakespeare Hospice store in Abbey End.
