A Leamington-based care provider is aiming to employ hundreds of people across Warwickshire this year.
The Care Bureau, which has its headquarters in Waterloo Place and other offices across the Midlands, wants to employ more than 340 new people during 2015.
The family owned and operated company says it is pleased to be ‘bucking the trend’ in regard to employment.
Managing director Matthew Dunster said: “We are extremely proud and excited to be’ bucking the trend’ so to speak and be able to offer some very positive news on the local employment front. We will be seeking to employ in excess of 340 people in the Warwickshire area during 2015.
“The Care Bureau will offer permanent opportunities for carers, and ongoing assignments Registered Nurses. We are more than happy to offer full training where necessary supported by our Training Division, to people who may be looking for a career change or new challenge.
“This recruitment is essential to meet ever increasing demand to provide care and support for people who wish to live independently in the comfort of their own homes, rather than go into a care home or hospital. Having the right care available at home often speeds up the hospital discharge process freeing up valuable beds.”
The Care Bureau was established in 1996 and provides home care for people of all ages and needs from short 15 minute calls up to 24 hour nursing care.
