Leamington company Wolesley UK makes £1,000 contribution to new outdoor classroom at St Anthony's Primary School
Leamington-based company Wolseley has made a £1,000 contribution towards a new outdoor classroom for pupils at St Anthony's School in Sydenham.
Built by Peak Playgrounds, the outdoor classroom provides children with a quality space in which they can explore and learn in a natural environment.
It offers a range of physical, cognitive and psychological benefits and encourages an interest in science and numeracy through the connection with nature.
Headteacher Jane McSharry said: “I would like to thank Wolseley for supporting the community they operate in - it sets a great example for our children.”
