MUSICIANS from Leamington and surrounding areas performing in venues in and around the town have been captured by the skilful camera of a Leamington man.

Andrew Lock, a regular contributor to the Courier’s reviews page, is holding his second photography exhibition, Local Bands, Local Venues, at the New Inn pub next month.

Performers featured include Betty Swollocks, Chevy, V8, The Scatsville Busters, The Hangover Blues Band, Kristy Gallacher and Steve Walwyn and Friends, while the venues include the Assembly, the Grist Mill in Sydenham, The New Inn, Warwick Folk and Leamington Peace Festivals and the Wharfbam Festival held at The Wharf Inn in Fenny Compton.

The photographs will be on display at the pub in Leam Terrace on Monday December 5 from 7pm to 10pm, while alongside the venue will host its usual Monday Music Night, where musicians are invited to perform in an acoustic format.
