Myton sixth former braves great heights to raise £300 for WAYC

The 17-year-old from Warwick made her way down the Lift Tower at the National Abseil Centre in Northampton - which is more than 400ft high - and has raised more than £300 for the Warwickshire Association of Youth Clubs (WAYC).

Olivia is part of a group of sixth formers who have completed a range of fundraising challenges, including a sky dive and the Wolf Run.

WAYC fundraiser David Skoppek said: “We are so very grateful for all the hard work by Olivia and her fellow students. The total amount raised so far by Myton students is over £3,900, which is just incredible.”

Head of Myton’s sixth form Dr Jenny Hunt said: “What a star Livi is. We are so proud of our students to say the least. They are a wonderful example to their peers of just what you can do if you put your mind to it.”
