The new rules came in on Thursday October 11.
Senior general manager David Myskow said: "The hotel car park is for our guests and our guests only.
"Parking has been an issue in the 11 years I have been here. Myself and our owners are really trying not to be a hotel with a car park that charges guests. This is the last try at something before that has to happen."
