Full Steam ahead for Leamington’s Floral Trains
Floral trains have again been put in place in Leamington despite the town's In Bloom group not being able to work with primary schools and care homes this year.
Leamington in Bloom committee members and volunteers from Garway Close planted up the wooden carriages at the end of June and Warwick District Council with its contractors, Veolia, have now parked the trains up to be enjoyed by those who visit them outside the Glasshouse in Jephson Gardens and at the Railway Garden at Leamington Station.
Baginton’s Nursery grew the plant plugs during the Spring, delivering gorgeous geraniums, verbena and African marigolds for display.
