The Leamington Assembly.

Here's a first look inside the Leamington Assembly after repairs

In June The Courier and Kenilworth Weekly News shared a shocking collection of photographs of the sorry state the Leamington Assembly had been left in.

Photos of the damage led to many people expressing how sad it was to see it in that state.
The MJR Group who were the previous venue operators addressed the concerns about damage inside the historic building in a statement which said that the damage had been caused by 'an overzealous contractor'.
Now nearly three months on from the shock closure The Courier and KWN were given a first look inside the Assembly now that repairs are being made.
Some work is still taking place to get the venue ready for its opening on September 28.
