The area, brought to the local landmark by Digbeth Dining Club, opened within the castle grounds is available on selected evenings until May 31, with the potential for more dates to be added.

It previously opened for 12 weeks of sell-out sessions last summer and is back by popular demand.

The designated area in the Castle’s Inner Courtyard has been organised to comply with Covid-19 guidelines, including restrictions on group sizes and household mixing. All payments are contactless, and tables must be booked online in advance.

Bobby Barnes, founder of the Open Arms, said: “We’re really excited to be able to reopen the beer garden at Warwick Castle.

"We hope visitors to the castle will enjoy an added opportunity to relax with food, drink and music while catching up with loved ones after exploring the outdoor attractions at the Castle, including the brand new Zog and the Quest for the Golden Star trail, based on the books by Julia Donaldson.”

Warwick Castle is open daily from 10am to 4pm, and the Open Arms takes bookings from 5pm (6pm on Thursdays). April dates are currently sold out, with May dates available and potentially more to be added.
