More than 100 15 to 17-year-olds from schools across central Warwickshire are taking part and competing for the trophy of Company of the Year, as judged by local business owners.

The pupils taking part set up their companies in September and since then have brainstormed products ideas, conducted market research, scrutinised potential suppliers and raised enough capital to bring their ideas to market.
