All aboard for celebrations at Baginton museum

Electric Railway Museum is teaming up with attractions across the Midlands for an event highlighting the region’s transport heritage over the past 100 years.

Trains, Planes and Automobiles, on Sunday October 21, will be based at the museum in Baginton and the neighbouring Midland Air Museum, and will also include Coventry Transport Museum, the Heart of England Classic Transport Club and West Midlands N Gauge Club.

This is a significant year for transport history, marking 100 years since the maiden voyage of RMS Titanic, the creation of British vehicle manufacturer Associated Equipment Company (AEC) and the formation of the Coventry Transport company.
