Big names, little adventures and lots of laughs at venue

The venue’s autumn/winter season has just been announced, with music fans able to the multi-award winning hit show Tubular Bells for Two or get up close and personal with Russell Watson, while The Drifters will bring the Rebranded Tour 2015, a high-energy show which will include many of their greatest hits along with newer songs.

Karen the Koala will tell her story to children and families in a fun filled family musical, How the Koala Learnt to Hug, based on the charming book by Steven Lee. Families can witness magic, music and mirth and cheer for their favourite jousting knight in Oddsocks: The Legend of King Arthur. And Jack and the Beanstalk is this year’s pantomime, with slapstick aplenty.

Samuel Beckett’s 60-year-old masterpiece Waiting for Godot will be performed on the main stage along with It’s A Wonderful Life and London Classic Theatre will present Absent Friends by Alan Ayckbourn.

Comedy acts include Ed Byrne, Alan Davies and Jenny Éclair, along with a host of names taking part in Leamington Comedy Festival.

The new 2015-2016 season of Bolshoi Ballet will be hitting the cinema screen, as will various National Theatre works.
