Dry Rot brings stars to Coventry

AN ECCENTRIC mix of characters in long-reigning farce Dry Rot will be played by a cast of well-known British actors at the Belgrade Theatre this week.

Liza Goddard and Gemma Bissix are among the familiar faces included in the all-star line-up, as well as Gareth Hale, one half of comedy duo Hale and Pace, Andrew Paul of The Bill and Steven Blakely of Heartbeat.

Written by John Chapman, who wrote more than 200 television comedies - including Emmy award-winning Fresh Fields, Happy Ever After and The Liver Birds, - Dry Rot originally ran for more than three years on the West End.
