Priory welcomes West End star Dave

Kenilworth has welcomed back a West End star to the stage to boost to the town’s latest musical comedy.

The Priory Theatre secured the well-known voice of Dave Willetts who returned to his roots to record dialogue for the musical, How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying.

Phantom of the Opera and Les Miserable’s leading man Dave said he was “delighted” to be part of the production which is being directed by Dean Foy.

Dave was spotted in a production at The Priory many years ago and went on to become a star of the West End.

He plays the voice of The Book in the well-known comedy now playing at the Rosemary Hill theatre.

The show runs each evening until April 25. Tickets are £10.50 (Concessions available) from the theatre, or the box office on 863334.
