Apex Recruitment moves to Warwick

Due to a period of outstanding growth, Apex Recruitment Services is expanding and relocating its offices in Banbury and Leamington toTournament Fields in Warwick, from March 24.

Apex, established in 1978 by chairman Keith Marchington, is a family-run niche recruiter to the automotive, aerospace, banking and finance, energy and utilities, and engineering-manufacturing sectors, working with candidates and employers across the UK.

The agency, led by directors Richard Marchington and Neil Johnson, has over recent years seen encouraging signs of advancement in the recruitment industry. Now more than ever before there is a shift from the traditional method of visiting high street agencies to using the internet as a main source of recruitment and employment opportunities. Apex’s move is a positive response to these market changes.

Neil Johnson said: “The new facilities at Tournament Fields offer exceptional features such as purpose built interview facilities, on-site parking and advanced high speed internet connections. The location of the new site is near to both the M40 and A46 making it easily accessible and highlights our belief and knowledge that the vast majority of candidates are now seeking employment using the internet rather than the traditional methods. ”

The expansion has taken staff numbers from seven to over 20 in three years as the recruitment sector benefits from increased economic activity.

Richard Marchington said: “Our staff have worked incredibly hard to achieve this success and I am delighted that we are in a position to reward them with a state-of-the-art working environment.”
