Black Pepper team fly off for Amsterdam treat

John Cooke, managing director of Black Pepper Software, based at Warwick House, Clarendon Street, Leamington, decided that treating the team and their partners to a weekend away was not only great for team building and morale but it was also essential to encourage work-life balance and reward employees.

He said: ‘’Black Pepper Software would not be growing in the way it is today had it not been for the input from our passionate, and dedicated team. Making time to pause and say thank-you for all the hard work is a must in my eyes.

This year the team has launched Version 2 of Companion (an event participation app) and completed several projects .
