High quality will deliver at law firm

The 13-strong team has been presented with the society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) accreditation, which recognises the high quality of service and advice the firm provides and which aims to give house buyers the reassurance they need when making a transaction.

The mark is also endorsed by the Council of Mortgage Lenders, the Building Societies Association and the Association of British Insurers.

Solicitor Alex Khan said: “The top four UK mortgage lenders won’t work with you if you haven’t got this accreditation. It assures clients that their solicitor is a specialist in this field.

“In a time when the public is bombarded by vast numbers of businesses offering legal advice, it’s good news that the Law Society has introduced such robust assessments.”
