New gym offers free entry this weekend

And the gym called Fitness Worx will have a free open weekend this Saturday and Sunday (September 13-14).

Fitness Worx has been set up by Jack Gibson and his father Richard, who are highly experienced personal trainers who live in Kenilworth.

Jack said: “There is nothing quite like it anywhere else in Kenilworth or the surrounding area. I want to encourage as many people as possible to exercise regularly.

“At our opening weekend we can show anyone who comes along how to use the equipment. They can take part in our free exercise classes and, if they join, they can get a free ‘body stat’ health check worth £25.

“Packed full of the latest equipment, including free weights, dumbbells, resistance machines and cardiovascular machines and with exercise classes each day and a private training studio, the gym is perfect whether you are focused on getting fitter, muscle gain as part of an exercise programme or personal weight loss.”

The gym has been part funded through the Government’s Young Entrepreneurial Scheme.
