Charles celebrates 40 years in the local property market

Charles Travis has been a mainstay of the mid Warwickshire property market for the past 40 years, having spent the vast majority of that time working in and around the Kenilworth area.

Charles began his working life forty years ago articled to Robinson Osbourne and Moules, and has subsequently worked for Loveitts, Brian Holt and, since 2008, for Knight and Rennie, all well established local firms.

Having been born and raised in Kenilworth, his local knowledge cannot be surpassed.

He has been witness to extensive change and expansion in the wider area, watching many estate agents come and go over the years, but ultimately experiencing the growth of the local property market.

He has amassed a substantial, loyal client base over this period, to whom he is hugely grateful for their continued and unwavering support.

In fact the owners of his old family home, Rosemary, where he lived until the age of 20, have instructed him to market their house for sale through Knight and Rennie.

Charles’s loyalty is not just to the local property market and his clients, but for some 40 years he has been a member of Kenilworth Rugby Club, and for a mere 25 years a member, and sometime director, of Kenilworth Golf Club, once herealised that rugby was no longer a painless experience.

Charles’s life and work has revolved around Kenilworth, and his many clients, colleagues, friends and family, would like to join together in thanking him for his contribution to the local community, his unwavering loyalty and support and congratulating him on his 40 years in the business.
