Connells appoints new lettings manager

Selina has moved across from Connells Stratford office, where she successfully launched a new lettings department in September 2011. She has taken over from Matthew Measures who was promoted to the role of regional lettings partner, responsible for the company’s lettings division in Warwickshire and Oxfordshire.

Selina has worked in the estate agency and lettings industries in Warwickshire for over 23 years, including five years running a lettings operation in Leamington. She will call upon her expertise and knowledge to offer advice on investment opportunities, buying to let, building a portfolio and renting out your own home.

She said: “I am delighted to have returned to Leamington and to have taken over the management of this very successful lettings department. Leamington is a charming town full of character and an area where the lettings market is very buoyant. I look forward to building on the success of the lettings department as well as greeting customers old and new.
