In order to offer continued improvement to service levels, Peter Clarke has reorganised the company to create a dedicated Property Management Centre which is over seen by the head of residential lettings Sophie Powell.

This has enabled the company to provide an improved service to both landlords and tenants by having a dedicated team available to deal with any maintenance or management issues.

The branch team will now be able to focus directly on achieving a let quickly for the best possible rent to quality referenced tenants, whilst the management centre can take care of the day to day housekeeping involved with looking after the clients properties.
