ehB Commercial is most active agent for second year running

Leamington-based property experts ehB Commercial has just been named as the most active agent in the county for the second year running by a leading industry publication - the Estates Gazette.

Over 60 agents in the area were automatically entered for the award and the Clarendon Place agent came out on top after completing more deals than any other commercial property agency in the county with a total of 69 transactions over a 12 month period.

The Most Active Agent Award 2011 reflects the host of recent successes predominantly covering the letting of office, warehouse and retail space in the Warwickshire area.

Deals completed this year include the letting of over 20,000 sq.ft of warehousing on the Heathcote Industrial estate to Gulfstone Ltd who also trade as Star Bathrooms and Star Kitchens from their recently opened showroom in Warwick.

Simon Hain, the director in charge of commercial agency at EHB Commercial, said the recent success was due to hard work rather than any recent upturn in the fortunes of the commercial property sector.

“To retain this award is very rewarding as it is still tough out there and this success has come as a result of determination and professionalism rather than any obvious change in market conditions,” he said.
