Graham gets new mortgage advice role at Reeds Rains

Graham, who lives in Daventry and previously worked as a Reeds Rains mortgage adviser will now draw on his expertise of financial services and mentor others within the business, including those within branches in this region.

He is one of only five EMAs across the UK to be appointed by the agency.

The move is part of Reeds Rains’ ongoing commitment to support staff and ensure that high customer service standards can be maintained – something that was acknowledged when the agency won a gold award for its financial services at the Sunday Times Estate Agency of the Year Awards 2013.

Graham said: “I am delighted to take on this role and see it as a great opportunity to help others – not just within Reeds Rains but also our customers.

“As a business we’ve noticed a massive increase in enquiries from those looking to find a mortgage or remortgage, especially following the launch of Government schemes like Help to Buy and knew we had to take action to ensure we could meet this demand.

“It’s not just about having an appointment with a customer but its about making sure they are confident in the advice we offer and in any decisions they eventually make. To support this, therefore, we need mortgage advisers in place that are expertly trained and understand the challenges and concerns our customers have – and that’s where I can now offer support.”
