Heritage Property sponsors Kenilworth Wardens Under-14s

Heritage Property has announced the sponsorship of Kenilworth Wardens Under 14s for the forthcoming season.

Branch manager John Ansell also has a vested interest as he is one of the managers of the team whilst his son, Sam, also represents them.

John said: “I have been around football for most of my life and my son represented Kenilworth Wardens on a Sunday for the last two seasons.

“It had long been our intention to play in the competitive Midland Junior Premier League on a Saturday and having discussed this with Kenilworth Wardens a new team was born.

“It is the club’s first venture into Saturday leagues at a junior level and we hope that in time some of the boys progress to represent the club at a senior level.

“When I explained to Richard Hill, managing director of Heritage Property that we were organising a new football team he immediately offered to sponsor the boys. As a result we have two fabulous kits and tracksuits that are the envy of the league. Richard Hill said: “Knowing John’s dedication to football it was an easy decision to sponsor the team. That coupled with being associated to a club such as Kenilworth Wardens made it all the easier.

“Having grown up in Kenilworth myself I understand the fantastic work Kenilworth Wardens do for the wider community and helping in this way was an easy decision for me to make.

“I also understand the new home kit worked wonders this weekend as Kenilworth Wardens ran out 5-1 winners against North Birmingham Celtic.”

John Ansell added: “As a company, Heritage Property are looking at expanding our links through good causes and as a reward for Kenilworth Wardens taking on this new team we will offer a concession on our fees to anyone who has an association to the club and wishes to sell or rent a property with us.”
