Holly and Jenna join the Connells lettings team

The lettings team’s newest recruits Holly Savage and Jenna Smith join the company at an exciting time. The local lettings market is very busy at present with rented accommodation in extremely high demand.

This was a key factor that led to lettings manager Selina Egan adding further strength to her team.

She said: “We’ve seen an exponential rise in interested parties looking to rent properties in and around Leamington. This has caused us to grow our team to five people.

“I’m really pleased to have Holly and Jenna on board. I know they are very excited about working with local tenants and landlords.”

Leamington is a popular town for letting properties, with strong links to Jaguar Land Rover and Warwick University.

Holly said: “I have lived in Leamington for over 12 years now. I know the town insideout so I am well placed to help people find the right rental accommodation for their personal needs. I’m enjoying working in lettings. We are really busy and I’ve been thrown in at the deep end, which is something that I am thriving off.”

The latest arrival to the branch team is Jenna, who is delighted to join a well established and experienced team.

She said: “It’s great to be a part of the Connells Lettings team in Leamington. Collectively the team has 33 years’ experience in the estate agency trade so I am really looking forward to learning from people who have been there and done it.”
