It’s a happy 21st for Hawkesford
Hawkesford independent estate agents, lettings agents, surveyors and auctioneers are celebrating their 21st birthday this year and to celebrate this milestone the company has acquired a smart car branded in the company colours for their negotiators to use on accompanied viewings.
The family owned and run company was set up by Malcolm Hawkesford in 1991 and grew into a five office operation.
Much of the business was sold in 2007 with the branch in Euston Place, Leamington, being retained.

Hide AdJames Hawkesford took over the reigns of the firm in 2008 and quickly opened an office in Swan Street, Warwick, which is run by his sister Alison.
Mr Hawkesford believes the company has been successful for so long because clients like to deal with an established company that has dedicated staff that knows the local market.
He said: “I feel we are built on a foundation of traditional morals with a modern approach”
