Mortgage clinic will help buyers

Amy is running a mortgage clinic tomorrow (Saturday) between 10am and 1pm at the Connells office at 29 Warwick Road, Kenilworth.

She will be on hand to provide people with a 20-minute one-to-one information service including advice on the costs involved in buying a property and getting a mortgage.

There will also be the opportunity for people to speak with the sales team about current housing market conditions.

The Connells Group picked up Best Financial Services at the Estate Agency of the Year Awards 2010.

In the Best Financial Services category, Connells was commended for continuing to “innovate and impress with their financial services offering” with a special mention of its will writing service which “has been introduced and the take up rate speaks for itself.”
