New Connells Southam manager breaks records

The office, led by branch manager Joanne Gair, has registered its most sales ever for the month of June, with more than double the homes being sold in June this year compared to last.

Delighted with her team’s performance, Joanne said: “It’s fantastic news that we’ve achieved the offices best ever month for home sales.

“All of the team have worked extremely hard and that has evidently paid off.”

Joanne has worked for Connells since 2010 and started her career as a trainee negotiator. She has since worked in roles such as residential sales manager before being promoted to branch manager in May this year.

She added: “I’ve recently been promoted to branch manager, which was a great achievement for me personally. To achieve such amazing results so early on since taking on the manager role shows just how successful we are as a team.

“We’ve achieved asking price on the majority of our sales and this is testament to the professionalism and hard work of everybody in the branch.”

The local housing market is extremely buoyant in Southam.
