New lettings service is launched by Connells

The new lettings service has been set up in response to increasing demand for properties to let in the area and is headed up by new appointment to the team Louisa McEvoy.

Louisa has four years experience and knowledge of the lettings industry, having worked for a corporate and prestigious lettings agency in London. She will draw on her expertise to provide expert advice to landlords on investment opportunities, buying to let, building a portfolio and renting out your own home.

Louisa said: “I am delighted to have joined Connells and to be heading up this new lettings department. Our aim is to establish Connells as the agent of choice in Chase Meadow for landlords and tenants and I look forward to this new challenge.
