Sammy joins Connells team in Southam as trainee negotiator

The staff are delighted to introduce their new trainee negotiator, Sammy Collier.

Sammy said: “I am thrilled to have such an amazing opportunity to work under Joanne Gair and to work with the team.

“I live locally so working for the Southam branch is perfect as I’m knowledgeable about the area.”

Branch manager Joanne Gair said: “I couldn’t be happier that we are able to expand and I have inherited individuals that are knowledgeable, successful and hard working. This has culminated in them building a great reputation in the town and I am excited for what the new year brings, with Sammy being a part of the team.”

Southam is a popular town for many to live in because of its location. Situated close to the M40, M45, M1 and M6, the town is a commuter’s haven with links into nearby cities such as Coventry and Birmingham. With its excellent schools the town also appeals to families looking to upsize from smaller properties.

The local market is really buoyant in and around Southam, and there are also plans for new homes development, which is great news for home buyers.

Joanne added: “It’s no secret that housing stock is in short supply and buyers are heavily outweighing demand. However, with the plans for new homes in Southam, this should help fill the current void in housing supply.”
