Covering over 220 years of composition and styles, the concert will also include Leamington-based composer Howard Kempton’s piece Skipper - written specially for McNeill.

Richard Phillips, festival director for Leamington Music, said: “I have actually been promoting concerts in this delightful church with its excellent acoustic for over twenty years now and it is one of the highlights of each summer for me.

“We have had a terrific range of artists over this time, but the emphasis has always been on young artists at the start of their careers.

“We hope a big audience will flock to hear this talented trio and they should be excited by the variety in the programme.”
