Air ambulance shop needs your unwanted items

The Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance is appealing for people to donate unwanted Christmas gifts to its charity shop in Warwick.

The shop in Market Place is in need of clothes, toys and household items.

The cold weather and decreasing daylight hours mean that driving conditions on the roads are far more hazardous, making it a busier time for the air ambulance service.

Each mission costs approximately £1,700 and the service receives no government funding, relying entirely on public support to keep flying.
