Aircraft crashes in Warwickshire field

A light aircraft made an unscheduled landing and overturned near Loxley on Tuesday morning.

Emergency services were alerted shortly after 11.20am.

The pilot, a 59-year-old Warwickshire man, was treated for a slight hand injury. The Air Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB) will investigate the cause of the crash.
