The 0.338acres site features the remains of the former Victorian All Saints School which was built in the 1870s as well as a former caretaker’s building which remains largely intact.

The property was badly damaged by fire in 2009.

The county council bought the site in 1984 and it has been leased out since that time.

Cabinet members approved the disposal of Bath Place, on the site of the former library, off High Street and Bath Street.
