Boy injured in Whitnash collision
AN EIGHT-year-old boy was taken to hospital after being injured in a collision in Whitnash on Monday.
The incident, which occurred in Franklin Road at around 5.20pm, involved a Ford Focus car. The boy, who was walking along the street, was injured in the leg and pelvis. He was taken to University Hospital in Coventry.
The woman driving the car suffered shock but was not injured.
