Castle will host freedom of the town celebrations

WARWICK Castle will host the ceremony in which 200 soldiers from a nearby barracks will be granted freedom of the town this month.

Marlborough Barracks is the home to the units which make up Kineton Station - the biggest munitions depot in Europe which trains around 600 servicemen and women in bomb disposal every year.

Warwick town council decided to honour the barracks for its support of the town for more than 70 years.
